Everything below is software we have built and run today, for clients and for ourselves. What you need, we work out together in the first meeting.
Internal systems
We build the tool your staff use through the working day: order handling, production planning, a staff portal with rotas and time tracking, deviation reporting, goods receipt and tracking. It is built around your routines, with the fields you need.

Data entered in one place ends up where it belongs, automatically. We have integrations with, among others:
Customer portals and ordering
Online ordering with payment, access to their own cases and documents, and configurators where the customer puts together their own product. That means fewer phone calls for you and faster answers for your customers.
Dashboards and reporting
Figures from all your systems in one place, with login and two-factor authentication. The monthly report is generated automatically as a PDF and sent to the people who need it.
Operations and security
Our own servers in Norway, round-the-clock monitoring and nightly backups stored off the server. We also maintain websites and WordPress, with a security review every month.

Quote drafts prepared from the enquiry. The inbox sorted before the working day starts. Receipts posted as drafts in the accounts. Document packages read and structured. An assistant that answers questions about your own data. The software makes the proposal, a person approves it.
Systems we have delivered
We don't say what we have built for named clients, but these are real systems we have built and run, from the past two years.
Registration on receipt, sensor temperature logging, automatic maturation calculation and email alerts.
The customer enters their address, gets real aerial imagery with property boundaries, and places their building in 3D. Structural loads are calculated automatically from public data.
Reads the enquiry, fetches prices and prepares a complete quote that the salesperson approves and sends.
Pulls entire document packages from SharePoint, structures the requirements and lets the case handler ask questions about the case.
Sales, pipeline and follow-up in one place, protected by login and two-factor authentication.
Rotas, internal information and forms on every employee's phone.
Reads receipts and posts them as drafts in the accounting system. The accountant approves.
Collects operations, traffic and security figures every month, produces a designed PDF and sends it to the client.
Meeting notices, documents and decisions in one place for boards and associations.
Simple web shop with payment, order overview and notifications. Ready in under a week.

Why custom
What does not fit gets solved with spreadsheets on the side, extra licences and people who remember the exceptions. That costs more than it looks. Custom software does the opposite: the system is adapted to the way you work.
We don't think everything should be built from scratch. Where a standard product does the job well, we recommend it. What we build is the connections between systems, and the parts of the working day no vendor has made anything for.
How we work

Week 1
We join the people who do the work through an ordinary day and note where the time goes. From that we write a description of what will be built, what it costs and what you save. You keep it whether you go ahead with us or not.
Weeks 2–3
Before we build for real, we make a clickable prototype with your own data. That way we catch misunderstandings early, while they are cheap to fix.
Week 4 onwards
We build in short rounds and put each part into use as soon as it is ready. You start saving time before the whole system is finished, and can adjust course along the way.
Every month after
The system is monitored, backed up and kept up to date. When your business changes, we change the system. That is part of the service agreement, not a new project.
We use it ourselves
Kooyman runs its own systems in daily use: ordering, automated bookkeeping, customer portals and monitoring. We know what works, because we use it every day.
